Cancellation policy
The monthly plan renews automatically every month. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect on your next renewal date (no prorated refunds).
For a drop-in booking, cancellations made at least 72 hours before the lesson starts are refunded in full, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start are refunded 50%, and after that the cancellation fee is 100% (no refund).
